This project involved the refurbishment works of two distinct,Grade II listed Georgian houses constructed circa 1780 and 1960. We were appointed to provide structural and civil engineering services, which included a visual appraisal of the buildings to gain an understanding of their construction and their conditions. We carried out a detailed analysis of the site, applying modern building regulations to the existing and the newly installed structures. Other works involved assessing expected future settlement movements of the foundation and underpinning works due to installation of a new lift.
