Our private residential experience spans bespoke one-off projects, to £450m+ developments, using a range of structural materials. We realise that the design of homes and surrounding communal areas will have a great impact on individuals and society as a whole, due to this, we take a holistic approach to building homes. We research to define the best type of construction for a scheme, which in turn will have an effect on the foundation options, buildability, safety, and sustainability of the scheme. By being involved in these projects right from the start we are able to advise on pitfalls or recurring issues before the detailed design stage. As well as the aforementioned factors, designing schemes that are cost effective is important, especially for (but not limited to) affordable housing schemes.
