Quay House is a high-specification hotel and serviced apartment scheme with a restaurant, open-air terrace & leisure facility. The building features a distinctive and striking façade, along with bringing significant improvements to the surrounding public realm.
We have been appointed to work on this project from planning to tender, to provide value engineering by optimising the layout and structural system to maximise efficiency, in addition to reducing material and embodied carbon. Site constraints include an elevated DLR line and dock walls which we have extensive experience in working with, & are well versed in liaising with the 3rd party organisations; as well as guiding our clients through the various approvals processes.
