This PRS scheme consists of 482 homes, commercial and retail space and features 32 and 35 storey towers. We identified several key savings across the development; the most significant was to change the piling and reduce the tower core sizes. These savings along with a proactive approach were key factors in our appointment on this project. The structure itself was built with the cladding, bathroom pods, risers (& more), all within an enclosed environment. This process significantly sped up construction, resulting in significant time and cost savings.
