This purpose built student accommodation development on Traffic Street is located on a prominent gateway to the city and will be one of the city’s tallest buildings.The development will provide 485 student apartments, delivering high quality bed spaces across a mixture of apartments and studios, including landscaping works and 288 cycle parking spaces. This landmark scheme will also feature attractive communal spaces; including a Sky Lounge which boasts views of Nottingham Castle and the surrounding landscape.
