Lincoln Plaza (Indescon Court)

Lincoln Plaza consists of several residential towers that measure up to 32 storeys high. The building holds approximately 550 residential units and a 120-room hotel; along with leisure facilities and retail units (with basement car parks). This complex, structurally impressive building promises to be both versatile and visually stunning. It required our expertise in planning permissions and our assessment of structural complexities to deliver a development of housing, leisure facilities and a visually engaging hotel. As well as ensuring structural integrity of the structures, we were also tasked with gaining planning permissions for Phase 2 of the development, which was delivered without delay.
